  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Place shrimp in the baking dish and drizzle the butter mixture over the top. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and drizzle with olive oil if desired. Serve immediately.
