12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, forming a roux.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
Combine cooked rotini, beef, and sauce in the skillet. Toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
