  • 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced or mashed)

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or butter
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet or sandwich press over medium heat.
  • Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each bread slice.
