Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen green peas, thawed

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine peas, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped red onion.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

  • Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss until well coated.

 

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
