1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 cups pasta (rotini or penne, cooked al dente)
2 cups pizza sauce
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (6 oz) pepperoni slices
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper; cook until soft. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
In a slow cooker, layer half of the cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, pizza sauce, diced tomatoes, and cheeses. Add a layer of pepperoni.
Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese and pepperoni on top.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
