This Crockpot Pizza Casserole recipe combines cheesy, pepperoni-packed pizza flavors with hearty pasta for a comforting, slow-cooked meal everyone will love.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cups pasta (rotini or penne, cooked al dente)
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (6 oz) pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper; cook until soft. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. In a slow cooker, layer half of the cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, pizza sauce, diced tomatoes, and cheeses. Add a layer of pepperoni.
  4. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese and pepperoni on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
