This fluffy cottage cheese cloud bread is a light, airy, and protein-rich alternative to traditional bread. Made with simple ingredients, it's low-carb, gluten-free, and perfect for sandwiches or as a side.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

 

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, blend egg yolks, cottage cheese, and salt until smooth.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
  • Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet, forming small rounds.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

 

  • Let cool before serving.
