  • 2 lbs red seedless grapes
  • 2 lbs green seedless grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the red and green grapes thoroughly, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and gently fold until the grapes are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the grape mixture to a serving dish or bowl.
  • Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
