  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender, then drain and mash lightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth.
  4. Mix cauliflower with the creamy mixture, half the cheddar cheese, and half the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
