Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is a perfect mix of crispy chicken breast topped with a cheesy Parmesan crust.   • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear chicken until browned on both sides.
  • Place seared chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • While baking, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, butter, and mozzarella.
  • Remove chicken from the oven, spread ranch dressing on top of each piece, and sprinkle with the cheese mixture.
  • Broil for 3-5 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
