  • 4 cups corn kernels (grilled or charred)

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese (crumbled)

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Grill the corn or char in a skillet until lightly browned.
