Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole is a delicious, creamy baked pasta dish loaded with cheesy goodness, perfect for family dinners. Made with ravioli, ground beef, marinara sauce, and a rich cheese mixture, this casserole is layered to perfection for a hearty, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer half the ravioli in the baking dish. Spread half the cheese mixture, then half the meat sauce. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use beef or sausage for the meat layer.
  • Substitute marinara sauce with your favorite pasta sauce.
