  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 12 small patties.
  • Cook the patties on the skillet or grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  • Add cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking (optional).
