1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp mint extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions
Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
