Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish)

  • Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment paper between them.
  • In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in Nutella until smooth.
  • Spread Nutella cream onto each crepe, then fold or roll.

  • Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with berries if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter.
  • Substitute Nutella with melted chocolate or peanut butter for variation.

  • Refrigerate leftover crepes and reheat gently before serving.
