  • 3-4 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz penne pasta, uncooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and add sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  • Add uncooked pasta to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the pasta is tender, stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

  • Use any short pasta shape if penne is unavailable.
