  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and brown sugar.
  • Rub the pork chops with Worcestershire sauce, then coat evenly with the seasoning mix.
  • Heat olive oil in the skillet and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Reduce heat to medium, add chicken broth, and cover. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
