  • 1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk (chilled)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Slice watermelon into fry-shaped sticks, about 3–4 inches long and ½-inch thick.

  • Optional: Sprinkle with lime zest or a tiny pinch of sea salt for added flavor.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together chilled coconut milk, lime juice, zest, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

  • Chill dip for 10–15 minutes if desired.
